Put Gitter menu in menu/title bar for Ubuntu

I'm working on Ubuntu Yakkety Yak (16.10)

Shouldn't this menu be at the title bar??

For macOS, we put the menu in the menu/title bar. Not sure if NW.js supports this for Ubuntu as well but is probably possible.

@V1shvesh If you want to give it a try, branch off of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/desktop/merge_requests/201 because the NW.js API has changed a lot and we are in the process of upgrading.

Reading these docs, http://docs.nwjs.io/en/latest/For%20Users/Advanced/Customize%20Menubar/#platform-differences, it seems like it may not be possible 😕
