Windows client bugged out when maximized

Anything above and including the black bar is not clickable. The top bar with the minimise and close buttons is also not clickable. All clicks register as clicking on the desktop behind it as can be seen here:

• Do you mean maximized? If not, how are you going fullscreen (F11 seems to do nothing)?
• Why are you seeing a black bar in the screenshot labeled "Before proper fullscreen"?
• Does this happen to other apps?

I am not seeing any black artifacts on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (with Anniversary update).

I am also on Win10 Pro 64 with the newest version.

@amboyscout You can try this WIP version of the desktop app that uses a later version of NW.js, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/desktop/merge_requests/201 (check out the branch and run it like a dev instance, see readme).
