(Windows v3.1.0) notification sounds still play even if set to Notification Sound -> None

(Gitter v3.1.0 for Windows on Windows 10)

By default new messages in a channel play the notification sound. Setting Notification Sound to "None" does not prevent this. Changing the notification sound doesn't play an alternative sound either

I had to set the room settings to "Mute: Notify me only when I'm directly mentioned" to stop playing sounds on every message

@jmp909 We haven't heard of any other reports of this. I just tested this out with Gitter v3.1.0 on Windows 10 and the setting was respected (changing the noise and none).

If you open the devtools, do you see any errors when you change the notification sound setting? You can also enable logging with Sawbuck to get more details, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/desktop#enabling-logging-on-windows
