make Shift-Insert act as pasting

Hi, Can we add Shift-Insert as another data pasting key?

@amosbird Can you expand on what data you are trying to paste? What is your desired flow?

This sounds like something that should be supported by your platform/browser.

Just normal pastes. "Shift-Insert" is supported almost on all sites.

I'm used to this key binding and "Ctrl-v" has been mapped to other action.

I am able to use Shift + Insert to paste into the chat textarea (Chrome on Windows 10).

What browser and OS are you on?

Ah, you're right. I'm on Archlinux and just tried firefox and chrome. Both work fine. I used qutebrowser which fails to Shift-Insert in Gitter.
