GitHub Reactions in Integrations/Activity

GitHub added Reactions, which are supposed to be a lightweight and less noisy alternative to / comments. So while they’re a kind of activity on the repository, it might be better to not list them in Gitter Integrations, so that they don’t pollute that space either.

I propose we vote on this via Reactions :) where means “yes, they should appear”, and means “no, they should not”. Of course, feel free to still leave comments with more detailed thoughts. (And by the way, you can also React to comments, so you could a thoughtful comment with elaborate arguments that you agree with, if you want.)

Just to be clear, reactions are not added to the activity list at the moment.

Adding it to the list(not selected by default) of available events isn't harmful and someone may have a use: https://github.com/gitterHQ/gitter/issues/633

I could see displaying the aggregated number of reactions if the issue is already on the activity list for another reason. A bit related to: https://github.com/gitterHQ/gitter/issues/480
