Add default notification setting for one-to-one rooms

I would like to set a default setting for both notifications coming from one-to-one rooms as well as from the normal rooms I participate in.

For example, I want to use the @mention notifications for rooms where there are loads of messages but when people contact me directly in a one-to-one, I really want to know about it without having to change the setting manually for every PM-chat that pops up.

Any (at least rough) estimate when this could be available? I assume together with the rest of notifications-label milestone but there's no due date set.
