Change :/ to show different emoji

This is a minor thing, but when someone uses :/ in Gitter, it results in the emoji 😔 which is arguably not very representative (and I've seen it lead to confusion a couple of times).

Would perhaps 😕 be a more suitable emoji for :/ ?

We currently use Emojify.js which is where these translations come from. I made a PR that makes them much more accurate but it hasn't had any activity from the maintainers. We can run a fork of the project but just need to verify nothing is broken.
