Keyboard navigating to search menu bar item with arrows should not focus input

Navigating with arrow keys to the search minibar item should not focus the search input.

There is a very small delay so if you move fast, you can skip the item.

Previously, it would only focus if you press the right arrow or activate the minibar item to move into the conversation list area.

Pressing the right arrow. Or space or enter to activate the minibar item and move into the conversation list area.
