Improve Search functionality

- Make the Search much more discoverable (currently extremely hard to find, would be worth it to duplicate it / move it to the top right corner of the chat UI.
- The width of the Search pane is much much too small and cannot be adjusted - making it very inconvenient to read.
- The underline effect to highlight the search term is not noticeable enough - consider using color

The search results area is not only too narrow.
Also as far as I can tell when the list of results is longer than the available space, there is no scroll bar and so, an unknown number of search results are invisible.

@OmerRaviv I give up. Where is the search button? Do I have to be logged in or something? I don't see it.

I agree, that's intuitive.
However, a few days ago I stumbled across an obscure blog post. From Introducing our new UI (2016-03-15):
… top right corner of the application. Most people don't even realise you can use this to find your contacts or any room/community on Gitter. By moving this to the left side of the screen, we hope this is a lot more obvious. Here you can also find our Explore section where you can browse the thousands of rooms on Gitter.
We will be making further improvements to both the capability of search and Explore …
