Map :) to :simple_smile:

In #1027 (closed) :) was remapped from 😄 (:smile:) to 😀 (:grinning:).

This issue is to propose mapping it to * (:simple_smile:) or 🙂 (:slightly_smiling_face:) instead, for the reasons described in the previous discussion.

* :simple_smile: isn't supported by GitHub, so an image was used to show it here.

I think "slightly smiling face" would be the best equivalent: http://emojipedia.org/slightly-smiling-face/

The current grinning face does not match what I type and often makes my messages look sarcastic. For example:

"if you have any suggestions, I'll be happy to hear them 😀"

versus

"if you have any suggestions, I'll be happy to hear them 🙂"

Maybe it's just me but the first looks like I'm laughing at the idea of receiving their suggestions.

To anyone coming to this thread, please read #1027 (closed) before commenting, so as to not repeat the previous discussion. That said, I'll thank @Nicd anyway, since the visual demonstration in his comment provides inline context previously lacking in this issue.
