Ability to set username
Description
As part of GitLab Integration, allowing users to set their username rather than appending "_service" to the account is very desirable.
Proposal
- When signing up, display a modal to
Pick Username, as above, if their username on the service is available, preselect the input field with the username - Display form validation to show that the username is available or not
