Add Waffle.io integration

Hi, I've just started to use gitter but I already love it. It may be interesting to add support for waffle.io if it's possible. Thanks very much!

Cool idea! All our integrations are webhook based, and we've open sourced most of them at https://github.com/gitterHQ/services.

The problem is that at the moment waffle doesnt seem to emit any events at all, so we will have to wait and see what they think about waffleio/waffle.io#809.

Once that happens, then we can add it in.
