Add an event to the activity feed when a user joins a room

As requested by the Marionette guys, add an activity feed item for when a user joins a room

This is a nice feature to add but for very large chat rooms where everyday 100s join in, it will mess up the activity section. This should be an opt only feature in the integration options.
