Change how @ suggestions functions.

Whenever I use the @ function, it's usually to refer to someone who has recently said something in the chat and I'm sure a lot of people use it the same way. Therefore, wouldn't it be better if the suggestions listed user in order of who typed last? Just a thought.

Thanks @LumenTeun, I absolutely agree. This can be done in a better way. Right now, it's very naive. (If I'm not mistaken—it has no ordering at all.)

There are many ways of sorting the suggestions, of course, we just need to figure out what will work best for us. So in your opinion, sort by most recently active users?

I don't think there's any ordering, it's definitely not in alphabetical order anyway. Yes, I'd do it after most recently active.

I'm thinking this might be relevant to emoji selection as well?

@LumenTeun I would say the emoji's suggestion also needs work. I believe that they are, or should be, separate issues.
