Show unread and mention count on conversation list items

It would be really nice to see number of mentions and unread count alongside the @ symbol that appears in the left menu.

Currently when I'm mentioned, only the @ symbol is shown without the unread count or mentions count.

@MadLittleMods could you point me to a more or less specific of the area where this could be implemented? Maybe I (or anybody else) can make a PR

@revolter The front-end code is not open source. But the main thing is that we don't have a design for it at the moment. Currently we are using circle badges and while I am open to changing them, there are other opinions.

If you have an awesome idea to show, mock it up and take a screenshot or jsFiddle, etc.

I think the easiest (not sure if clear though) solution would be to only change the background color to orange while keeping the unread messages count text. Something like this.

@revolter Seems pretty reasonable. Get some more 👍 and I can try to bring it up in one our sprints. It is an easy change but it requires taking other team members time to decide, review, etc which we are quite limited on.

I liked it at first but then the color blind users won't be able to distinguish properly and know whether there is a mention. So a background color change (without the @ symbol) might affect adversely.
