Cross Organization Ban

Our Orginization, Free Code Camp, has ~30-40 active channels. If we ban someone from the "main" chat room, it would be nice to automatically ban them across ALL room, rather than manually needing to go in each individual room and do a ban. If someone is spamming/raging/acting out in one room and they're banned there, then they can move to other rooms to continue their trouble-making.
