Download of Project is broken

    If you download a whole project via the download button the filesize of the generated file is every time different. Even if you download the same state.

    f.e.

    -d900c925b690273c696bd5de05e51afa27ef1c76.tar.gz -> 76.2 MB 1 minute later -d900c925b690273c696bd5de05e51afa27ef1c76.tar.gz -> 23.8 MB 1 minute later -d900c925b690273c696bd5de05e51afa27ef1c76.tar.gz -> 81.3 MB

    etc.

    Maybe there is a problem with the function that generates the file. This bug relates to gitlab version 2.9
