Remove issue body limit

Hi!

Issue body have limit 2000 chars, which is really bad in some usecases. Is it possible to move that limit into configuration? Its stored as text, can hold up to 30k chars easily.

It seems to be simple patch, but unfortunately I have zero ruby skills.

I will appreciate if somebody will find time to fix it.

The question is: why is there a limit at all? Just let the db handle it.

You will get exception if leave it to db

@randx what kind of exception? The description is a text column. I though they could store arbitrary length data ... there is also no such limit on MRs ...

@Riyad nope. Text column has a limit. So it will raise exception if overflow. Its no limit for MR because its no sense in it.

Its okay if we remove limit for issues descr. Just know that someone may report a bug later trying to save a 100k chars text in description :)

Also MR text has specified size https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/blob/master/db/schema.rb#L81. Just fyi
