Show 'assigned to' change in issue comments as log entry

I would like to see who changed the team member assignment of an issue in the comment as a log entry.

E.g.: Tristan van Bokkem changed assignment to Dmitriy Zaporozhets.

So we can always read back who has had the issue assigned to before.
