GFM links in mails are relative

I noticed that the href inside commit msg (e.g.: Fixed in 2f1a7907c) in e-mails are relative. So clicking on the link brings me to "http://url-of-mailserver.nl/namespace/project/commit/2f1a7907c915c075bcc1bb4123831241253335fe85f"

Where is should be:

"http://url-of-gitserver.nl/namespace/project/commit/2f1a7907c915c075bcc1bb4123831241253335fe85f"

It seems like GFM only generates relaitive links. :(

And while I understand that this is set to Milestone 4.2, I find the current e-mails useless so should be set to 4.1 instead..
