Notifications Error in sidekiq

After doing a clean install (which is kind of a bumpy road on debian squeeze) i also managed to get sidekiq to work (had to set up dev and test dbs it seems) now i got workers and the jobs are actually being done. I am seeing one error out when i create a new project tho.
