Disable email for author?

It's somehow related to #2669 (closed)

Since last update (i'm on 4.1 stable now) i noticed that every action will result in a mail sent. Including closing issues, commenting issues and so on. This is a good thing.

However, I'm not sure if it's ok if i'm receiving mail for my own actions (i closed an issue, i received an email)

Is this a bug, desired behavior or misconfiguration?

Yeap its only for closing issue. I guess we should fix it

@randx I still not getting gitlab running properly in my dev env so could you change that little but annoying related mistake if it isn't already? https://github.com/2called-chaos/gitlabhq/commit/0cc028ef1149e46610c75f310fb535bca9feeff4
