    Navigating to Issues page we should be able to see notes count for issue. This feature helps detect discussed issues/commits in the list

      I don't think it adds all that much to the commits list at this point, so I'm leaving that out.

      • Adding notes count and +1 counter to Issues and Merge Requests overviews
      • Adding button on issue/merge request pages, linking to the notes section.
