Improve tooling for issue bashes
Leaving comments that suggest an action someone on GitLab team should take really seems like a waste of time. Please add features that allow users to suggest for an issue to be closed, certain tags to be added/removed, etc.

The suggestions would still need to be reviewed and approved by someone with the permissions to edit the issue.
It would be nice to have a review system for suggestions, so that the resource (issue or merge request) is logged along with the suggested changes. That way any project member could pick up and review the suggested improvements. This could be kind of similar to the current systems in place for abuse reports and spam logs that we have, but on a project-level or group-level basis.
I think that this would be a nice feature for other Open Source projects hosted on a GitLab instance. Maybe we should move this to the CE tracker and convert it into a feature proposal
