Before this change, the following settings (valid for 7.2) would have
stopped working:

redis['enable'] = false

By creating the file with the `rake db:migrate` output in a fresh
directory we protect ourselves against symlink attacks: an attacker can
no longer try to predict the path we will write to and create a symlink
there, because they cannot create a symlink in the new directory we
create.

This information should not be nested under 'Enable HTTPS'.

This puts the *_temp directories in /var/opt/gitlab/nginx instead of
/opt/gitlab/embedded (ugh), and uses more default paths to look for
configuration files (configuration in conf/ for instance).

The nginx_vars hash already contains all variables from
node['gitlab']['nginx'].
