The purpose of this section is configure GitLab to log the IP address of the requestor instead of the proxy IP address. So X-Forwarded-For should be used here.

- Explictly state how SSL certificates are used in the SSL documentation.
- Cross link properly between SSL and nginx documentation with regard to
  SSL configuration.
- Specifically call out that nginx/registry uses the private certificate
  where the external sources are using public certificates.

GitLab supports proxied SSL on many different components. The
current documentation was not clear on this. Now it's specifically
called out and an example is given (Registry).

Update nginx.md - the Passenger/Nginx configuration file didn't match the current artifact upload mechanism

Adding some custom settings in Nginx create conflict if the same
settings are already set in the gitlab.rb file.

Adding a troubleshooting section.

In the scenario where you want to use a currently running Nginx install, there were a couple additional steps required to get a working setup, which I have added to "Using an existing Passenger/Nginx installation".
- Make it clear that the external url was still required
- Define the user owning the web process
- Do you need passenger enabled, wasn't by default in my install (digitalocean ubuntu install)
- Consistent example domains

Otherwise, very helpful, thanks for the great software!
