Do daily builds of omnibus-gitlab

This MR sets revisions to "master" branches of gitlab-rails, gitlab-ci and gitlab-shell on omnibus-gitlab master.

Using new GitLab CI feature "triggers" we will trigger the build on omnibus-gitlab master at midnight every day and specify ENV variable nightly which will push to separate package cloud nightly_builds repository.
