Allow configuration of the authorized_keys file location used by gitlab-shell

Also added an alternative search location for authorized_keys to our docker sshd_config

We wil make use of this in the OpenShift template in order to get around root_squash issues with the git user's home directory.

Revert redis port behavior in redis.conf to port 0, pid redis_0

Small change to keep old behavior. A change in the way default port works was introduced after the Redis Sentinel MR. This reverts the behavior to the expected old way while preserving the changes introduced by the Redis Sentinel MR.

Updating GitLab Mattermost to 3.3 for GitLab 8.11 release

Mattermost 3.3 has been tested with GitLab SSO with official release on August 16 from http://www.mattermost.org/download/. You can visit https://gitlab.mattermost.com to verify and test the release. 

Mattermost team is ready to test GitLab 8.11 omnibus RC for both upgrade and new install.
