Build SUSE packages

It looks pretty straightforward to support Suse http://thothonegan.tumblr.com/post/137987310363/gitlab-omnibus-on-opensuse-421

can we add that as an option to https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/ by modifying the instructions? we can note that we're really installing a CentOS package
