Configure Sidekiq

old title: Create runit services for GitLab and Sidekiq

• scripts for deamonized unicorn and sidekiq
• runit run wrappers

• fill in recipes/gitlab-core_disable.rb

Unicorn is already managed by runit; still need to add Sidekiq.

Use -r to point to the rails directory.
