Install pygments

Are you going to try with GitLab prior to 6.5? I'm asking because I see that pygments got replaced with highlightjs in master.

I think I would prefer to target a stable GitLab branch. If omnibus-gitlab moves fast enough, we will still need pygments.

BTW there is 'software definition' for pygments already in omnibus-software.

I think I will make a minimal effort on this, and if I get annoyed I switch to setting up the main GitLab app from master.

Thanks again for the suggestion @axil . I decided to work with gitlabhq's master for now so pygments is no longer needed.
