Verify/document behavior in docker when pg-upgrade has to revert

pg-upgrade will exit 1 if it has to revert during the upgrade procedure.

Ideally it should revert and move on running 9.2. If this isn't the case, it should be fixed in time for the release, or need to document a workaround.
