How to make omnibus configuration easier

Suggestions:

• Maybe allow gitlab.yml to be dumped in /etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb?
• Maybe list in the documentation all available options for configuration and how it translates from gitlab.yml
• Maybe dump all default attributes to gitlab.rb with comments

Other suggestions are welcome.
