Patch gitlab-shell to allow backup restores
The gitlab-shell/support/rewrite-hooks.sh script assumes that gitlab-shell is installed in /home/git/gitlab-shell. Until this is fixed upstream, we need to patch gitlab-shell in omnibus-gitlab.
