Changing git_data_dir should update node['gitlab']['gitlab-git-http-server']['repo_root']

I think I forgot to add this magic to libraries/gitlab.rb in !423 (merged). We kinda need to fix this before turning on gitlab-git-http-server by default in 8.0.
