Configuring Mattermost email settings on install

To address community issues with email not working on GitLab Mattermost install: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-mattermost/issues/9

Propose taking Mattermost v0.7.0 (RC1 available here: https://github.com/mattermost/platform/releases/tag/v0.7.0-rc1) and adding email setup to automated install per instructions here (new for v0.7.0): https://github.com/mattermost/platform/blob/v0.7.0-rc1/README.md#email-setup-optional.

Final release of v0.7.0 should be available on Friday, September 4, 2015.

@it331 Thanks for creating the issue. I've created !451 (merged) to bump the version to 0.7.0-rc1. Does this version contain any config changes for email or only bug fixes?

does this mean that in current release of gitlab, 7.14.1, there is no way of changing mattermost's email settings? i dont seem to find a config file.

@larsemil You can change config for email in 7.14.1. Like the documentation mentions you can see all available options in gitlab.rb.template, for setting email for mattermost you can use these config options.
