Upgrade omnibus to 4.1.0

So didn't notice that version 5 was released in the mean time. I've checked the difference between v4.1.0 and 5.0.0 and the only interesting thing for us is a change in rpm packager . I don't really see how this could change anything so I am trying bumping to the latest version.
The latest build passed so I think we can upgrade straight to version 5.
