Update mattermost.rb to 4.0.4

Please pick this MR into 9-4-stable.

This dot release addresses the login issue discussed here.

There are also three security patches (low to high severity) included in the 4.1.0 release that are backported in this 4.0.4 release and to 3.10.3.
