Determine wording for attached gitlab merge requests

As we attach merge requests to trello cards, we should determine what format we want to display the content in.

GitHub currently has it as:

For the time being, I've implemented ours with the following similar format:

We should determine if that format is acceptable or whether/how we should change it

Ah now see your ping in the MR, I'm fine with doing just !9 or MR 9, but only if it's necessary to save space. If we have the space, it's always better to NOT abbreviate things.
