Display gitlab.com links in attachment section even if user is unauthenticated
The trello team recommended parsing the gitlab.com URL to determine what to render when a user (unauthenticated with gitlab on trello) attaches a link.
We will try to do this for %1.0 but it may be a stretch

With attachment sections https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/trello-power-up/merge_requests/25, we now show the all attached links with the same information regardless of whether a user is authenticated or not
