Show menu bar before creating a normal window. This prevents the miniaturize button from being hidden. Fixes bug 1088.

Add -shutdown to Popup and don't twiddle key status from within windowDidResignKey, which has crazy side effects. Fix bug where clicking on a background term while a popup is opened resulted in two key terms. Also fix a crash when quitting iTerm2 without confirmation while a popup is open. Fixes a crash when closing a term with cmd-opt-w while a popup is open.

Don't try to resize terminated sessions and don't allow sessions smaller than 1x1. Fixes crash when closing a window in IR while another window exists and is key.

When splitting panes, use the current version of the profile that was used to create the current pane rather than an old copy of that profile. Fixes bug 1016.

When closing IR, first set replay session's size to that of the live session to ensure that the live session's size is correct. Then, instead of blindly restoring the previous window frame, use fitWindowToTabs. Fixes bug 965.

Terminate replay sessions to prevent their timer from firing after their tab is freed. Fixes bug 964.

Take window border into account when fitting window size when exiting fullscreen mode. Fixes bug 957.

Adjust the number of lines temporarily pushed into linebuffer when resizing a session to avoid unnecessarily pulling a screen's worth of content down when making a small adjustment. Fixes bug 953.

Keep window from resizing inappropriately. Fixes bug 916. Respect sesssion size in term prefs for window style=fullscreen windows when exiting fullscrene.

Make CPU usage go to 0 when there's no new output, nothing is blinking, and no tab statuses are changing. Also fix bug where windows jump screens on maximize.
