Use a different plist file for preview releases so early adopters can get updates before the rest of the users

Fix a bug where -[iTermTextExtractor rangeForWord:] would crash when dealing with surrogate pairs and composed characters because it incorrectly assumed cells were 1:1 with characters in strings.

Improve performance when there are many subselections. This happens when you have lots of (non-wrapping) lines selected and the session getes restored, which is probably a bug too.
