For key actions that open a menu item, modify the parameter value to include a unique identifier for the menu item. Previously the parameter value was the title. That was bad because renaming a title would break an existing action. Titles are also ambiguous because they're duplicated between Restore Arrangement and Restore Arrangement as Tabs. Parameter values now may take one of two forms:

Title

or

Title + newline + identifier

If an identifier is present and the OS is 10.12+ (which has proper identifier on menu item support) then the title will be ignored when searching for a match.

Also fix the menu opener to not select the last item.

Add a menu item to the Toolbelt menu to save the current toolbelt's width as the default. Set the width from the pref the first time it is shown in a window.

Merge in code from hotkeyWindowsInPanels branch. Support multiple hotkey windows. Update the shortcut input view. Add support for floating panel terminal windows.

Warn about incompatible software at startup. Add a menu item to warn about it. The startup warning is only shown on the first launch that's more than 24 hours after the initial launch of this (or newer) versions.

Make the Secure Input menu item indicate the true state of secure input. It used to show the checkmark ooly if it was both on /and/ on because of iTerm2. Also, the way the checkmark was set was kind of weird--it should have been set in validateMenuItem:.

Add Select Current Command. Also adds rangeByTrimmingWhitespaceFromRange because tcsh will usually have whitespace due to its prompt limitation, so this is ncessary.

Add a menu item to show the tip of the day. This necessitated changing the Disable Tip button into a toggle, since you can now show tips while they're disabled.

Confirm copying settings to profile. Move Edit Current Session from View into Edit menu, and rename to Edit Session. Issue 3809.
