Fix bug where non-tmux tabs sometimes lost their autoresizing of subviews of SessionView (e.g., when there is a tmux tab around and you toggle the per-pane title)

Expand the criteria for character runs to be compatible, most notably including color (whose presence in the NSAttributedString is not carried through to drawing).

Fix bug where XTERMCC_WINDOWPOS swapped its x and y args and make XTERMCC_REPORT_WIN_POS report the Y coordinate in a more traditional way (distance from top of screen to top of window)
