Change keyboard action to popup button, which behaves better (it doesn't add an item equal to the current selection).

Only set LANG to the reported locale if it makes sense according to setlocale(), otherwise only set LC_CTYPE to the encoding. Fixes bug 743.

Fix leak when changing toolbar and app menu items profiles. It was especially visible with Bonjour. Fixes bug 705.

When scrolling a region with SCROLL_BOTTOM < HEIGHT-1 but SCROLL_TOP=0, add the top line of the screen to the scrollback buffer.

Use kill instead of killpg which seems to terminate more subprocesses. Fixes bug 370. Also fix a crash in -[PTYSession brokenPipe] caused by a dangling PTYTab pointer.

Disable transparency when window type is fullscreen. Draw border of fullscreen window properly when it is not transparent and there is no bg image. Fixes bug 700.
