Move source into sources/ directory. Delete a few unused images in the process and fix a reference to an Aqua image in FindView

Add instant replay feature. Also fixes bug where margin is not respected in fullscreen mode. Also fix bug where preference changes are lost if the prefs window is closed without changing focus. Fixes bug 14
