Improve perceived brightness formula. Fix bug where bold fg was used to compute bg brightness. Fix lots of bugs in computing farthest-away brightness value. Fix fg contrast with smart cursor color bug.

Make CPU usage go to 0 when there's no new output, nothing is blinking, and no tab statuses are changing. Also fix bug where windows jump screens on maximize.

If you click on the second half of a line-wrapped URL, be smart about ignoring hard newlines if doing so produces a string that really looks like a URL. Fixes bug 816.
