Applescript support for getting/setting ANSI colors 

fixed Vendor/ dir-group properties that were pointing at xcode-relative paths, rather than project-relative. Oops

removed various alternate language lproj/ dirs, since we don't even attempt localisation at this point.

Integrate recent changes in master branch.

moved ply/ into Vendor/ dir, and added a wrapper script, crash_report_to_plist.sh, which sets the appropriate PYTHONPATH for loading it

Add command as a criterion for posting a change notification to a profile. Also, do not post a change notification from setBookmark:atIndex: unless it is journalable. This greatly speeds up prefs for non-journalable fields when there are many profiles since menus don't need to be rebuilt.

Don't reference menuFormRepresentation in buildToolbarItemPopUpMenu:forToolbar, which for some reason makes the New button work right in text mode. Fixes bug 995.

Project reorganization

Pull shabble's change that adds a "request attention" escape code to bounce the dock icon.
