Fix bug where resizing a window while a full line selection exists caused the selection to change crazily

Allow toggling of broadcasting input to a single session if you toggle the current session to enable the feature for focus follows mouse users (they can't bring up the context menu in an inactive pane)

Performance improvement for drawing dimmed panes. Cache various colors and ensure the same colors are comparable by pointer when dimming is on

- Profile column value times character size is used as the full width
  of the window (i.e. operations like splits don't change the size)

- The iTerm window rectangle wasn't being properly updated to reflect
  the screen rectangle changing (e.g. when a second monitor is connected)

- Currently fixed to a little under half the width of the screen

Set compositing mode to sourceover when doing advanced char drawing so emoji's don't draw transparent backgrounds through the window

Fix bug where esc-k esck-backslash was not handled properly (one extra char was counted); now it should be ignored

Disable alt+click moving cursor when mouse reporting is on because it makes text selection difficult/impossible

If secure input isn't desired but it's still on for some reason, show the desired status in the menu check

Fix a typo and add a period to the help text.
