Add uriToken applescript command at the app level. It returns a token that you use as the token arg to a URI request.

Add support for iterm2:// URLs. For the host, use newtab (to open a new tab or new window if needed), newwindow (to open a new window always), current (to use the current session), or tryCurrent (to use the current session or open a new window if needed). Pass a profile name in the optional profile query arg. If quiet is passed as a query arg then startup activities will be skipped. If the command query arg is passed, it is written to the term followed by a newline.

Add proprietary escape code to copy text to the clipboard. To use, send esc]50;CopyToClipboard=X^G followed by text followed by esc]50;EndCopy^G, where X is a clipboard name of ruler, find, font, or general. If not specified, general is used.

Change how we decide if a window is in Lion fullscreen (it used to say NO if a new window was created while in fullscreen because that would not cause a toggle). Allow the hotkey window to open in the same space as a lion fullscreen iTerm2 window.

Improve support for keyboards that don't have unmodified numbers, like czech, by: 1. accepting either chars without mods or chars when switching tabs/windows with kb, and 2. ignore control key when switching window, as ctrl is necessary to press cmd-opt-number in czech.

Change definition of current screen when hiding menu bar to the current window's deepest screen to fix a bug where the menu bar would be hidden when restoring an arrangements when there were no terminals.
